About The Role: 

The Business Relationship Manager will drive sales growth in line with budgeted objectives with a range of businesses that provide consistency of work and are commercially competitive and viable. You will be required to develop and maintain a solid client base, regularly liaise with customers and stakeholders, participate in the identification and development of new products and markets, and monitor sales levels of products/services in line with the annual sales budgets.

About You:

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and business development, have great relationship management skills and be able to drive business growth and identity suitable business opportunities to keep our clients engaged in the workplace.  

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Procure appropriate contracts for products/services, in accordance with the established business objectives
  • Monitor sales levels of products/services, compared to sales budget estimates and action as necessary
  • Liaise with customers, register complaints, and liaise with the Business Service Manager on relevant resolutions
  • In consultation with the Business Service Managers, review production/manufacturing activities to ensure deadlines are met
  • Develop a sales plan and market strategy to deliver growth 
  • Proactively identify new market segments or customers to target
  • Undertake annual reviews on price lists with the Executive Manager – Business Services

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
  • A strong background in sales and relationship management
  • Ability to drive business growth and continuity
  • Familiar with costing and pricing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to present sales opportunities to a range of audiences

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Check or willing to obtain
  • National Police Check, or willing obtain
  • An understanding of disability services would be an advantage, but not essential
