Orana is equipped to provide a wide range of liquid and dry goods bottling and packaging services.
For domestic and international export, liquid goods include oils, vinegars, and ciders. Dry goods consist of granulated food items such as dried fruits, nuts, snacks, confectionery, grains, legumes, pet food, and spices. With a dedicated cleanroom located at our Netley site, we strictly adhere to all certifications and maintain quality systems and procedures in accordance with a variety of food safety accreditation requirements, including HACCP and Kosher.
Services include:
- Filling, capping, labelling, and packaging of edible liquids in both dorica (round) and marasca (square) bottles
- Filling of tins and flagons ranging in size from 2L to 5L
- Filling of flexible and rigid packaging – hand filling for specific needs
- Semi-automated hand filling operations for specialised needs
- Band and bag sealing
- On demand palletisation and container loading service
- Second pack services including delabelling, relabelling, repackaging and, repalletising
